These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Regenix AI mobile application (the "App") and website at regenix.ai (the "Website"), provided by Regenix AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Regenix AI is an AI-powered rehabilitation companion that generates personalized daily recovery plans based on your injury, medical history, and goals. The App includes:

  • AI-generated daily exercise and habit plans
  • A library of 88+ rehabilitation exercises with illustrations
  • Recovery milestone tracking and progress visualization
  • AI coaching chat for guidance and plan adjustments
  • Medical document upload and analysis
  • Pain rating tracking and streak monitoring
  • Daily push notification reminders

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Regenix AI is NOT a medical device, and the content provided through the App does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated recovery plans and coaching are for informational and educational purposes only.

You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or rehabilitation program, especially after surgery or injury. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

If you experience unusual pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while following a recovery plan, stop immediately and consult your doctor.

4. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and truthful health information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. AI Consent and Data Processing

By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

  • Your health information is processed by AI models (MiniMax and Anthropic Claude) to generate recovery plans and provide coaching
  • Uploaded medical documents are processed by AI for text extraction — images are not stored by AI providers beyond the duration of the request
  • AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate — always verify with your healthcare provider

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with access to daily AI recovery plans, the exercise library, and daily habits.

6.2 Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including the AI Recovery Coach, progress tracking, milestones, and medical document analysis. Pro is available as:

  • Monthly: $9.99/month with a 7-day free trial
  • Yearly: $79.99/year with a 7-day free trial

6.3 App Store Billing

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after notice is provided to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • Upload content that is malicious, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, exercise illustrations, AI-generated plans, design, and software — are owned by Regenix AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGENIX AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Personal injury or health complications arising from following AI-generated plans
  • Loss of data or information
  • Interruption of service or App unavailability
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated content

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regenix AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@regenix.ai.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
