How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Regenix AI, and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, please email us at support@regenix.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
Can I get a refund?
Since subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my health data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies, and AI providers do not store your data beyond the duration of each request. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
